Sushi Recipe – Fat Burn Style!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Nori Sheet s x 4 (make sure they are SUGAR FREE!!)
  • Shredded lettuce (2 big handfuls)
  • ½ cup of cucumber (sliced into long, thin strips)
  • Handful of basil leaves or your favourite herb (mint, coriander, etc)
  • Fresh shredded ginger (1 teaspoon)

Curry Chicken Recipe

 

  • 100 grams of Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce (no added sugar)
  • 1-2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Onion, chopped

In a medium pot or pan, heat broth, water and tomato sauce. Stir in curry powder. Add onion and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and continue simmering broth until it reduces and thickens into a sauce. Pour over chicken.

Fabulous with steamed vegies or a fresh side salad! Recipe is safe on all phases of Real Food Real Weightloss!

French Onion Soup Recipe

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar substitute (stevia is recommended)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook garlic and onions in pan for 5-10 minutes, stir in sugar substitute & cook 10-15 minutes until onions are caramelized. Add beef broth & bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Broccoli Soup Recipe

BROCCOLI SOUP is one of our favourite recipes during winter time. It’s delicious, easy to make and packed with nutrition!

  • 2 cups of broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 500ml of water
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil (eliminate the oil if you are on fat burn!)
  • 1/2 or 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper

Bring the water to boil with 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add the broccoli and cook it for about 10 minutes or until tender. Transfer the broccoli to a blender plus the olive oil (if NOT on Fat Burn), garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend for few seconds until mixture is smooth. Add more hot water if need, until achieve a creamy and smooth consistency. Adjust the salt if need more.
