You will be responsible for booking your own flights. We would suggest booking flights to arrive the morning of the retreat and return flights late afternoon/evening of our final day.
Flights to Siem Reap vary in costs across the airlines, in our experience Air Asia X have the most competitive prices and currently fly from most major international airports in Australia, including the Gold Coast.
Most fly through Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, with a short stop over to change planes.
Air Asia X are a highly reputable airline, providing a high level of comfort and customer service.
Alternatively you may wish to spend a few days either side of your retreat experience enjoying all Siem Reap has to offer.
How do I get to the Retreat?
A driver will be available to pick you up from the airport and bring you direct to the Baby Elephant. If you are arriving a few days early we can arrange a driver to collect you from your accommodation (an additional charge may apply).
Will my dietary needs be catered for?
Yes, we will cater for all special dietary needs. Wheat/dairy/gluten free/vegetarian/vegan etc.
Your registration form will have provision for you to supply your requirements.

Is the Retreat alcohol free?
No, alcohol may be enjoyed in moderation. Alcohol is not included in the retreat costs, with the exception of a welcome cocktail on our first night, at the BBQ get together.
Can you help arrange someone to share a room with me?
If you are traveling solo and would like to share a room, we will do our best to match you to a suitable room buddy.
Unfortunately if there are no other singles wishing to share, you will need to occupy a room by yourself.
Are the activities/seminars/workshops compulsory?
No, it is your retreat to do whatever nurtures you, we would however encourage you to participate and gain the most out of your retreat experience. Sometimes extending yourself outside your comfort zone is a liberating experience.

Yes there will be plenty of time to reflect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax by the pool, read a book, or just be…..it’s your Retreat and we encourage you to listen to your body!

She works closely with our staff, providing the tools and training they require to support our clients throughout their health and weight loss journey.
Working closely with Dr Coates and Dr Quinney, Kaz has facilitated hundreds of weight loss programs, supporting each client through their program, encouraging them to obtain the best possible results. Over the last 3 years she has been instrumental in researching and implementing changes to our program as necessary.
She has a ‘get the job done’ attitude and will offer you all of the support, professionalism, motivation, advice and humour required, ensuring you gain the most out of your time in Siem Reap and leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the world!
Dr Ruth Quinney
With over 20 years’ experience in general practice; she now prefers to combine effective conventional medicine with alternative, preventative & holistic management. She safely prescribes nutritional supplements to treat those patients who do not want or cannot tolerate pharmaceutical drugs, or those patients for whom conventional medical management has been unsatisfactory.
Ruth provides professional advice to those of you who wish to safely combine pharmaceuticals with herbal or nutritional supplements. Combined with other treatment modalities, this is truly integrative medical practice.
As one of the founding Doctors of our Real Food program she works with our clients to minimize medical obstacles to weight loss and helps them achieve optimal well-being alongside weight loss goals.
Naturopathic Practitioner; Medicinal Herbalist, Nutritionist, Iridologist, Bachelor Social Science Nursing & Psychology, Yoga Teacher
Deirdre specializes in holistic health for men, women and children. The majority of her patients are women, seeking solutions to problems with their hormones and their weight. Once they understand that no part of their body is isolated from the rest, they realise that a good practitioner treats the whole body, not simply specializes in one part. All bodies, whether young or old, male or female, benefit enormously from the same effective holistic treatment.
Dee has over 30 years’ experience in the medical profession, initially as a registered nurse and midwife, and then as a Naturopath. During these years she has continually updated her knowledge through teaching/lecturing in both fields.
Feeling passionate about bringing health and wellbeing to her patients, Deirdre derives great pleasure in sharing all that she has learnt. This is the primary aim of naturopathy, i.e. to teach you, the patient, how to manage your own health and wellbeing. It is interesting to note that the archaic meaning of doctor is to teach!
Certified Life Coach
Beth has been a practitioner in the personal development arena for the past 20 years and has a passion for health and wellbeing, intimate relationship and assisting people to step into their best self.
She believes in a wholistic approach when it comes to moving forwards in your life, achieving the goals you want and creating life on your terms; resulting in more satisfaction, fulfilment, happiness, quality relationships and a sense of freedom in your life. She knows that working with the mind/body connection is essential in the process of change.
Her aim in sessions with clients is to create alignment with your desired changes, beliefs and values. She works with you to uncover the patterns that keep you stuck in limiting behaviours and thinking that blocks you moving forwards to achieve what you want. When a pattern is clear and the driving force of this pattern known, transformation and positive changes happen.
She is a certified life coach and a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and believes that change and transformation should be fun and creative because so much more is possible in this space.
Beth is currently living in Cambodia and has a thriving coaching practice within the local and expat community as well as working with clients in Australia via Skype.
