Curry Chicken

  • 100 grams of Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce (no added sugar)
  • 1-2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Onion, chopped

In a medium pot or pan, heat broth, water and tomato sauce. Stir in curry powder. Add onion and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and continue simmering broth until it reduces and thickens into a sauce. Pour over chicken.
